In the course of the Committee sitting it was declared that the Bill (Reg. No5376) is aimed at the formation of necessary conditions for the implementation of production share treaties, simplification of separate licensing procedures in the sphere of natural recourses use according to the conditions of treaties on production share, elimination of separate drawbacks in the legislation, connected with the implementation of customs procedures regarding hydrocarbons, mined on the customs territory of Ukraine, situated beyond the state border lines but in the framework of sea economic zone of Ukraine. It is also envisaged to improve the mechanism of taxation, in natural form in particular, liquidate non-agreement and drawbacks in the legislation regarding the obstacles for the implementation of the state treaties on production share.
Amendments to the Customs Code suggest regulation of the issues on customs regime during import on the customs territory of Ukraine of hydrocarbons, mined on such customs territory of Ukraine that consists of buildings within sea economic zone of Ukraine.
In the "Code of Entrails of Earth" it is suggested to separate the regimes of earth entrails use under the conditions of the treaties on share of the production from other common and specialized regimes of earth entrails use, regulated by Code or other specialized laws.
